乾香平實無雜,色深黑漆亮,第一洗茶溫潤時已不濁湯,二泡四十餘秒即有清澈茶湯,色棕褐溫暖,有氤氳繚繞,湯面顯現油光閃爍繽紛,盪漾杯緣攀附之感,搖晃會緩緩扣邊而下。三四回沖飲色彩鮮豔,厚實甘韻,抿唇猶如唇彩留下,淡淡甜苦部分的濃郁,一同囫圇吞般入喉。

【難得有好的六堡茶】

過去筆者都對六堡茶抱持懷疑,因為覺得實在太苦、太重、太雜、太...不適口,茶商通常以一句:「那是珍貴藥材」的說法,來解釋這種茶款的特殊性與價值。近期得到貴州友人萱萱提供的樣品,感到有一絲不同,此款是1980年代運到馬來西亞存放至今的老黑茶,色澤乾淨、湯無雜質,滋味醇厚感,具有飽滿充盈口腔氣度,久浸湯面有雲霧繚繞,膠質醇化茶質優良。此款六堡茶是目前唯一筆者認可接受的款項,以洗清六堡茶過去的陰影。

Dry tea aroma are steady, no miscellaneous. Deep black color with a slightly brown. In first infusion liquor is rich, warm in whole mouth, and water is very clean that I think it is valuable. The second infusion to soften the leaves for steeping, then steep for just in 40 s, water as brown as the deep roasted oolong tea. I can see the surface of liquor has some colloid and oil, looks like clouds in the sky. Rippling cups of the edge of the sense of climbing, shake will slowly slide and down.
- Taste :
I personal did not prefer Liu Bao tea according to my past experience, I even got a intuition of bitterness, heavy taste with unpleasant mixed flavors... However, I got this Liu Bao tea from my friend XiaunXiaun, who's from China, by chance. The sample her gave me was surprisingly far better than I expected.Especially in aging tea refine body in texture, become more warm and full. It's clear in exterior, also preserving in taste clean, comes with a flavor of forests in clouds. The storage -- over 20 years in Malaysia gave it strong colloid and outstanding quality.
