個人嘗試 Moonlight 兩個莊園（Thurbo, Castelton) 經驗跟各位分享一下。

Thurbo 的比較平，輕輕柔柔，霜感明顯，毫芽相當漂亮，像白芽尖銀毫茶。香草與白花的香氣橫行，淡淡的輕揚，柔柔的消逝，是相當清白透亮，皎潔純淨的月光。形容的情境像月光透過雲朵，揹著藍藍的陰影，漫散出來的月暈光彩。（P312 + AV2）

Castelton 的滋味比較強，香型上是更誘人，雖然也是輕柔但有吃到重發酵的感覺，比較像半頭青六月白的東美。形容起來像是月光潔白，卻四處黑暗中的聚光燈打在湖泊上。（AV2）輕盈，但比Thurbo中段飽滿，比較立體也深，風味青果葡萄皮明顯。

【DARJEELING MOONLIGHT TEST】

☄ Moonlight, SFTGFOP1, 1st Flush, 2017, Darjeeling.

Distinguish the tea estate from Thurbo and Castelton, we should know in first, "Moonlight" is a tea that emphasizes it's pure and clear taste, which makes it hard to distinguish Moonlight from different estates. However, here are some imagination provided for you to get better understanding of their differences.

TEA VARIETY (Thurbo)：P312 + AV2
TEA VARIETY (Castelton)：AV2

✜ Thurbo Tea Estate, Mirik.

The dry tea leaves look as beautiful as China white bud tea, comes with the aroma of vanilla and white flowers. It tastes smooth, and has texture of soft green apple flesh, covering all the teeth with its delicate freshness and fineness. In my words, it's similar to fluffy dough, clear and fresh with a touch of powdery texture.
It is clean, pure and bright moonlight reveal through the clouds, blue shadows follow, slow out of the moon halo light.

✜ Castelton Tea Estate, KurSeong.

Castelton's moonlight in 1st Flush is similar to the modern version of Oriental Beauty (Bàn tóu qīng). Oriental Beauty is a tea production method in Taiwan. But if we called "half head green (Bàn tóu qīng)", which is a situation incomplete process in Oriental Beauty (Classic). By the way, this tea has distinct fruit flavor as lovely grape skins.

It tastes stronger than Thurbo's moonlight, and has delicious fragrance, rich in mouth and more attractive. You can image the landscape as tension, has three-dimensional texture.

The moon is shining clear and pure, you cannot see anything around a dark lake , but the moonlight illuminate the darkness, glittering on lake surface, and ripple incessant lapping the shore gently.
